Description :

HCL Campus –The software campus located at ELCOT in sholinganallur, Chennai with Site Extent of 50 Acres which comprises of software blocks, cafeteria, Service block, crèche, GYM, Medical facility, Travel desk, 110KV Substation and MLCP.The entire campus will be built in phases. The campus is designed for 19000 seats spread over the various building with self contained facility .Phase-1 are completed; Phase-2 is in progress

Design Concept :

The master plan is developed with cluster organization linked with open spaces which is integrated with green space, paved area and water body. Phase -1 and 2 has clusters of software buildings and linked with common amenities like cafeteria, GYM, Medical facility which is centrally located between two clusters for easy proximity. Each cluster has 3 software buildings grouped together focusing on the large open spaces.

The blocks are located by overlooking the Water body, is a main Element which linked the entire campus. The Steel pergola which is integrated with the building which emphasis the entrance plaza. The wooden Pergola with creepers is integrated with the openspaces, acts as the connecting pathways between the buildings. Green wall is integrated in the building where it is easily visualized.
