The campus consists of 5 BPO buildings, 3 Food courts and 500 rooms ECC along with all the utility buildings. The Utility buildings comprise UG Sump, DG Block, STP, HSD yard, Holding Area and Security Kiosk.

The campus is designed to accommodate a total of 12, 100 employees with an overall built-up area of 14, 05, 000 sq.ft. with a plot coverage of 20%.

The actual construction is done in phased manner. Phase I construction includes BPO-1, Food Court-1 and the utility buildings.

BPO-1 building?s total area is 2,76,548 sq.ft. This building is G+ 4 structures with a capacity of 3320 persons. The foot print area of this building is 54,000 sq.ft. approximately.

The Food court-1 building is designed as G+ 2 structures with a seating capacity of 1900 persons, accommodating 600 persons in each floor approximately. The overall built-up area of the food court is 85,425 sq.ft.

This campus is designed with an Environment friendly approach incorporating vital Energy Saving strategies. The BPO-1 and Food court buildings are designed as High-Performance buildings and these buildings have been applied for GREEN Rating which is certified by LEED Council of India.

The Energy Saving methodologies are adopted at all levels with utmost care in all the services such that the GREEN rating is aimed for a Platinum rating which is the highest so far.
