This energy efficient glass maximizes light transmission and minimizes solar heat gain. For example, in Cognizant, Siruseri we have used insulated glazed system with reflective low E coated Glass. Low E Coatings provides energy conservations by reflecting majority of the sun radiant heat (long wave IR radiation) and selectively transmit the sun visible light (Short wave radiation) thus reducing the heat gain without having to sacrifice too much light transmission. In addition, a system of aluminum louvers shades the vision panels to reduce the direct radiation from the sun and glare due to more light.
