JW Marriott Hotel & Business Centre at Chennai This Project was designed and documented through the Construction Documents Phase but was not constructed. Had it been constructed as planned, the development would have comprised of about 270 keys, including a Presidential Suite, several Food and Beverage outlets with different themes and Cuisines and commensurate Banqueting and Meeting facilities. A full fledged Health Club including a Gymnasium and Swimming Pool was also planned as part of the development. The Design Consultant of the Project was BBG, based in New York, USA. CRN were the Local Architects and Structural and Civil Engineers for the Project.
